Jaffery Academy, Sports Complex

The initial ground condition was Existing Black Cotton soil up to a depth of 4.0m. Introduction of Micro piling up to a depth of 6.0m and introduction of concrete ground beams on the piles to achieve a base of for the Ground floor. Eco concrete laid the beam and blocks replacing the traditional slab and achieved a slab of 998 SM for the sports complex. Finishing works like steel works, roofing internal finishes were done by other sub-contractors.
