HOLY FAMILY BASILICA BASEMENT PARKING SILO , NAIROBI, KENYA DESIGN, SUPPLY AND SITE INSTALLATION OF UN-BONDED SLAB POST-TENSIONING SYSTEM of 14178 SM. (2018-2019)

 Design and detailing of the post-tensioning and associated slab reinforcement. It excluded all transfer beams, columns, stair/lift cores, stairs, landings, walls, plinths, kerbs, column starter bars, horizontal penetrations, reinforcement for lateral stability and wind requirements. Also excluded is any pull-out bars required should any walls be jump or slip formed. Reinforcement quantities allow for standard laps only. We will provide necessary information to the Consultants for the value engineering we have done. Producing information to an agreed program to suit site activities. Approval of tendon extensions prior to cutting tendons. Provision of an electronic issue of drawings and bending schedules only.
